The only one you can use is the one designed for that particular engine, what is the original problem, with the one you are running with now?

I AM REPLACING THE TPS AND THE IAC. I HAD A SUPPOSED TO BE FORD TECHNICIAN TELL ME TO REPLACE THROTTLE BODY ALSO BECAUSE IT WAS STOPPED UP. I FOUND OUT THERE IS A CRC SPRAY FOR CLEANING THROTTLE BODIES.

You can clean them witha throttle body cleaner, if that works and there is no mechanical damage, go with it.
