1990 Lexus LS 400 over heating

Lexus LS400 new problem. How do I check the relay for the front fans? Do I need to change the coolant sensor as well? Car still over heating we flushed the radiator checked the water pump and still no change. Please help also how can I check to see if it's the radiator

If new coolant sensor is minimal cost could be worth while changing. Make sure no air pockets are in system. Always add coolant mixture via water outlet plug on top of thermostat housing. Highest point in the system is that. Remove plug when system is cold and depressurized and top at that point.
