1990 Lexus Ls 400 Noise Left Front Wheel Over Bumps Hear Rattle Also Pump

I have a noise from the left front wheel, when i go over bumps i hear a rattle, also when i pump the brakes there is a discernible clank. No steering issues and everything fells tight. had upper control arms replaced and new shocks put on. can the brake torque plate make this noise if it was not properly tightened? thanx

make sure caliper bolts and support bolts are tight for the brakes.
