1990 Jeep Cherokee Brakes

I have a 1990 jeep cherokee limited I just put new brakes and everything like that on it but my brakes are hard and my car won't stop I didn't bleep the master cylinder. Should I bleep the master cylinder if so how do I do that?

just rebleed the system start at rr,lr, rf, and lf. make sure fluid is full . If it s power brakes checkfor a vacuum leak as well.
