Oil leaks oil pan

my car is leaking motor oil but i check the oil pan screw and its on right so might it be the head gaskets or oil pan gaskets

Could be any number of things but it needs to be inspected and diagnosed properly. You may have to clean the engine first. Look for the highest point that you find fresh oil.
