Steering noise

1990 prelude: every time i turn the steering wheel i hear a loud squeaking. i don't know anymore than that and i know the power steering fluid is level is good. other than that i don't even know what or where to start looking for the problem. got any suggestions?

have you listened with the hood open? use a tube to ear to pinpoint noise. might be the belt sqeaking?

When steering is turned, squeaking or squealling noise should be from the belts. Have you checked the belt condition and tension?
