Buick won't upshift.

Transmission: Does not up shift, until/unless you release trottle momentarily. All gears good etc. Just won't shift up automatically.I suspect low vacume. Will be checking for leaks. Vacume guage rests at about 15 lbs at idle. Shouldn't that be higher? Thanks for your help.

You're probably going to find out that problem is a lot more serious than low vacuum. You likely have a serious transmission issue. I suggest you get it looked at.

Should be about 17-21 inches-Upshifts problem have the TPS and VSS checked and tested
