My car won't reverse and only goes into second gear. I bought my car 10 years ago for $2500 and a few years after that I had a used transmission put in.I recently had a new distributor put in costing me $500. A used one is approximately $1600 or to have a rebuilt one $2440 (5yr/100,000 warranty). I'm having a hard time making a decision and my dad thinks I should have it rebuilt. The car is still in pretty good condition and I feel it could run for another 100,000 miles. Please help, thanks
