Starts fine,wont give speed when gas pedal is pushed over 30

Starts fine,wont give speed when gas pedal is pushed over 30 mph, transmission leaks,but when I checked it it was at good level. I changed the spark plugs,ran fine 3 days after that,I had speed problems again. What can it be? & how much is the usual cost.

So is the transmission slipping or the engine loading up?
