1990 Geo Tracker M Getting Fuel Out Injector Power Bowl Fuses Good Pump

i'm not getting fuel out of the injector it has power to the injector an its getting fuel to the bowl. all of the fuses are good fuel pump is working . i've replace the fuel pressure regulator and the injector and fuel filter.
