Car was running a little rough. Noticed white smoke from exhaust yesterday. overheated and shut off today. Had no heat Had it towed home. Filled it with water. Started it and had water running out of tailpipe and increased white smoke. What could it be?

You toasted it. I would start looking for a new motor. You have done severe internal damage by driving it hot..
