1990 Ford Tempo There Special Tool You Replace Serpentine Belt Fire Wall

Is there a special tool you need to replace the serpentine belt. The fire wall is so close that you can't get a tool down there to loosen the tensioner. Do you have to pull the engine?

Your best bet is floor jack with a piece of wood under the oil pan then remove the mount etc then raise the engine up.
