car seems to have problems shifting

Car runs and drives fine then it will have issues shifting and will only go 5mph, then it will run fine later this happens off and on. It has a new transmission filter.

Transmission fluid level okay-if so sounds like its slipping bad get it checked out by having it pressure tested-
