a/c trouble shooting

1990 ford f350 motor home, a/c does not work, clutch will not activate. I check for fuse under dash and all are ok. There is no "click" when the switch is activated.

Start out with a set of professional pressure gauges and determine if it even has enough refrigerant to engage the compressor.
