1990 Ford F 250 7 5 Runs Great Idle Under Load Wont Above 10 Acts Getting Fuel

7.5 runs great at idle, but under load wont go above 10 and acts like it getting no fuel. i have replaced: fuel filter,fuel pressure regulator, throttle position sensor. what else can it be?

Any fault codes in the system? is the fuel pressure ok? have you checked it
