How do i remove the bolts that are attached to the air tube?

I am replacing a Air tube in a 90 ford f150. While doing so the bolts at the end of the air tube have seized and now two of them are stuck in the head.

Soke them in lube. Use a torch th heat them up. Or you might have to get good with a drill and tap set
