Stalling, high and low idle, running rich

My 1990 dodge 4x4 v8 318, runs rough high and low idle and stalls when I am slowing down and running very rich.I replaced map censor and did a tune up, only thing I have not replaced is the idle speed control unit.I have checked for vaccume leaks and cant find any, I need desperate help

Check the idle air control motor and EGR valve

Also spray carb cleaner around entire intake to head gasket mating area while engine is running as to check for bad intake gasket. If rpm changes while engine is running you have a bad intake gasket which will introduce the symptoms you are describing. Also check fuel pressures at idle and higher rpm, bad fuel regulator or pump.
