Fuel leak

1990 dodge ram 5.2 changed out fuel filter now lines are leaking but two ends are pressed on how to fix.

Replace the rubber hoses and use fuel injection hose clamps. Those are metal bands that won't cut into the rubber like worm gear clamps do.

I get that so what do I you about the pressed on side of the fuel lines that go to the fuel filter.

Are you referring to a quick-connect fitting? I can't tell from the picture I found what the center hose connection looks like. If that's a quick-connect fitting, similar to an air hose coupler, the dealer has repair kits for those. You'll get two fittings that are curved and two that are straight. You only use the one or two you need.

Those fittings don't typically leak; they usually won't release and they have to be cut off. The spring inside gets rusty. I like to spray some "Spray White Lube" in there after it's connected to keep that from happening again.
