This car is 1990 dodge Dayton Shelby edition turbocharged. Does it have a neutral safety switch and if so where is it? It also reeks of gas and exhaust in the interior, is this an easy fix. Ive shampoed the interior and ferbreezed it all I can and it still reeks!

You didn't say if you have an automatic or manual transmission. If it's a manual, there's a clutch switch above the clutch pedal, under the dash. If it's an automatic, the neutral safety / backup light switch is screwed into the transmission right above the pan, and pointing toward the left headlight. What kind of problem are you trying to solve?

For the gas smell, first you have to see where the leak is by looking for a wet spot on the gas tank or on the ground. The most likely thing to rust is the fuel line that runs along the right side of the car. The fuel filter is there too, just in front of the right rear wheel. It's connections can leak. Also look at the two rubber hoses by the right strut tower that connect the metal fuel and return lines to the fuel rail on the engine.
