when I check oil there's oil and water on the dip stick

SOUNDS LIKE A HEAD GASKET ISSUE

PRESSURE TESTING THE COOLING SYSTEM MAY VERIFY IT.

I HAVE ALSO SEEN "DEVILMENT" CAUSING THIS BEFORE, WHEREAS SOMEONE PUTS WATER INTO YOUR OIL FILL CAP JUST TO SCREW YOU OVER. FIGGERED I'D GIVE YOU ALL OF THE POSSIBILITIES BEFORE YOU ACT!
