1990 Chrysler New Yorker speedometer and odometer

I replaced the input and output speed sensors and my speedometer and odometer still don't work. fuses are also good. hope you can help me. thank you

it may be a bad cluster have it checked to see if it is or a wiring issue like a broken wire etc.
