My front brakes have fluid and can be bled but when I tried to bleed the back drum brakes I have no fluid. Master cylinder, proportioning valve has been replaced, both wheel cylinder. Still no fluid.

Do you have the truck supported on jack stands under the frame? If so, you likely have a height-sensing proportioning valve at the rear axle that is limiting fluid flow. Support the truck by the rear axle so the body sits lower on the frame.

Yes, what? It's on jack stands under the frame or moving them to the axle solved the problem?
