how do i get the rear window open on 1990 chevy s10 2 door blazer with rear lock broken?

You might be able to use a jumper on the liftgate relay. The location is below.
I haven't looked at your rear lock mechanism. I used to have a toolbox on back of pickup, broke key off in lock. Drilled out the lock, where the key was, then used a screwdriver to unlock. I don't know if that would work in your situation?
