radio, cig lighter, dome light not working ???

i have a 90 astro van i thing i phone charger shorted out my cig lighter, radio,and dome light all fuses are good any ideas

could be fusible link or did you check fuses under hood?

perhaps? run a ground wire to cig litr and see?
