Radio, cig lighter, dome light not working?

I have a 90 astro van I thing I phone charger shorted out my cig lighter, radio, and dome light all fuses are good any ideas

Could be fusible link or did you check fuses under hood?

Perhaps? Run a ground wire to cig litr and see?
