The first thing I would do is to inspect the wiring connector for the injectors/temperature senders. It is a round black connector that is about a foot under the throttle body that has a bracket that is bolted to the engine block. Corrosion in this connector will cause the issues your are experiencing. I have had to clean some of them, rewiring or hard wiring is also a possibility.
