1990 BMW 525i power windows ,heater, and power outside mirrors are not working after the new starter wAs put in. No fuses are blown. But some fuses and some relays are not getting power to them. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I hooked a hot wire to one of my fuses and got power to my mirrors while it was hooked up. What are fussible links? Thanks

Ok i found out what fusible links are. Are u talking about the ones when u open the fuse box?
