The hood release cable broke is there a way to open the hood

The release cable broke and I was told that I would need a body man to open the hood any idea on how is this don.

You probably have to strip the front to get to the latch or from the bottom. Its gonna be a tedious work, get the pros to do it

I already took out the radiator fan and its shroud would that help

You got more to do keep going-till you can visually see the latch and cable then figure out how to maneuver it
