I have a 1989 4by4 t100 toyota with a 2.2sre engine, its screaming like a belt but were not sure, someone suggested the belt, or tensioner, or even the power steering pump whats your opinion. Its coming from where the power steering pump is close to but once again not sure.

You will have to check that the belts are tensioned correctly, if so and the noise persists, check P/steer fluid is ok and remove the belt to see if the noise goes, do thisa and report back your findings.
