Code 27 I dont whr it stays in da engine n it rev till 4rpm only show blck smoke n it uses 2 much fuel

There is a problem with the oxygen sensor (Heated Circuit). Since there is black smoke, most likely it is telling the computer to dump fuel to the engine.

The oxygen sensor is going to be on the exhaust system, more that likely right below the exhaust manifold. It will have probably a 10-12" wire connected to it with a plug on the end.
