Dizzy rotor not spinning when I turn over the engine. Replaced coil no improvement. What is the most likely cause/problem for this? Timing belt? Faulty distributor? Other?

WITH THE ENGINE OFF. CAN YOU TURN THE ROTOR BUTTON (AND IT'S SHAFT) WITH YOUR FINGERS?
