what is the problem when you turn of ignition thermo fan keep,s on going how do you fix apart from disconnecting battery.

Most probably the radiator fan relay is stuck in the closed position resulting in power being constantly being supplied to the fan motor.

It is the relay marked D in diagram. Try swapping with F to see if it stops. F is the EFI relay so it has to be reinstalled to prevent battery draining.
