exactly how, step by step does top bolt go into new fuel filter --exalmple: take bolt in hand, put it through round washer like line connection, put bolt in top opening of fuel filter screw it in-----I do this and it leaks---- i where does the fuel line go in relation to this bolt? had it on 5 times in different combos cant stop it from leaking absolutely not cross threaded-threads in good condition---does hole in this bolt line up with inlet line opening and how does it do that 2 new washers came with new filter put one of them on top of bolt and one on bottom
