89 corolla le 2.5 no heat from heater.fan works.all vents work.i manuallly opened heater control valve.new dealer thermostate.engine temp. is great.

Did you test the heater core for clogging?
After manually opening the heater valve, are both hoses hot?
Did you check the heater vent cable adjustment? ( for air mix control)
