where is the blower motor relay in the 1989 subaru gl? Also, where is the blower motor itself?

The fan in my car stopped working which also disabled my defrost. I"m trying to track the problem down. I need to know where to find the blower motor relay and the blower motor itself to see if one or both are the issue. Thanks!

The blower motor is under the dash on the passenger side. The relay should be under the hood in the relay box.
