89 Plymouth Colt

Got an 89 Plymouth Colt with a 1.5, 4 cylinder put a new cylinoide, rotor and cap, plugs and wires, fuel filter and for some reason it don't like to start when it's cold. Once it starts it runs fine

I hate to ask, but 89 was a while ago. Is the vehicle fuel injected or still have a carb on it? Also, what solenoid was replaced and was the vehicle doing the same thing prior to the repairs?
