Brake pedal doesn't return

On a 1989 Oldsmobile Toronado, why doesn't my brake pedal return fully to turn the brake lights off? I just replaced the rear brake calipers and bled them...

Is this a new problem since the caliper change?

The problem is probably in the brake light switch at the brake pedal. The process of bleeding and the pedal going all the way to the floor may have dislodged it from the correct position.
