out driving home last night and all of a sudden the power got low,steering stiffened and my amp light came on

turning the corner into the parking lot my power got low the power steering got really tight and the amp light came on,I was able to get home, just very stiff turning into parking spot and my lights were very dim noticed the amp light was on.

i would guess your rpms dropped too low causing these issues.
