short in a cutless

i have an 89 olds cutless calais quad 4, 2.3L i have a shortage in the wiring somewhere that is causeing the battery to drain. we did the paperclip thing in the diagnostic port under the dash the only code it shows is code 12 and that means system normal. the right turn signal acts like the hazard lights the left turn signal is fine

Need to have a battery drain test. Which is an AMP meter hooked in series with BATT measure drain then start pulling fuses till it drops. Has battery been load tested?

umm we took the battery to autozone they tested it and told us it was a good battery. i will try that. thank you
