drive axle

1989 NISSAN MAXIMA
FWD • AUTOMATIC

We are attempting to remove the drive axle on the right side of our 1989 maxima, and have followed the Haynes manual directions. It will not pull off. We have removed all recommended bolts and have pulled and tugged to no avail. Help!

Place pry bar between transaxle and CV joint housing give it a firm pop it will come out

You need to give it a good strong push with the help of a prybar
