My question is can you swap a 96 Nissan p/u 2.4 4cyl engine with and automatic trans. Would it be possible to swap the 96 model transmission into the 89 model 3.0 V6.

that would be impossible it would cost too much money to make an adapter plate and then you would have to redo all the mounts drive lines, its not worth it. it would only be worth it if you were put in a diesel in it.
