I don't have any power at the pump's plug so I suspect a relay problem.

Best power the F/Pump and see if it turns before you start at the relay since you're there

It does turns. I had to replace it since the old one was dead. But there is no power at the plug.

Any idea where the relay might be? Or if it has a fuse some where other than the regular fuse box?

Check the MPI control relay on right side kick panel, its what controls the fuel pump

1998 MITSUBISHI MONTERO
Four cylinder two wheel drive automatic.
We are changing the fuel pump in our vehicle, but they are wanting to make sure it is not the fuel pump relay. We are having trouble locating which one that relay is? Help please.
