I need seat belt buckle part for driver side. Where to find one?

Salvage yard. If you're between Ohio and southern Georgia, do a search for "Pull-A-Part", choose your closest city, then you can do an inventory search to see if they have cars like yours. You pay a buck, use one of their wheel barrows to haul your tools and parts around, and you can spend all day there. The yards are very clean and well-organized, and parts are very inexpensive.
