the seat belt on the driver side wont go up nor down.

There is a pendulum that goes forward when you come to a stop or get into accident that locks the ratchet wheel in place and sometimes it gets stuck or the belt gets pulled too far out. You have to remove cover and you will see the arm you need to move to release ratchet ad let wheel move to allow seat belt to roll up onto it.
