250,000km the electric seat positioning control stopped working. How do I re-set it?

Check the relays and fuses.

Thanks for your suggestion.I checked the fuses - all seem ok. The forwards/backwards movement works but the up/down movemenmt doesn't work.

That means that either the switch is bad, or the motor is. Can you hear the motor trying to move?

Thanks for your continued support. I moved the seat back to listen for the motor. No audible sound. Now I can't get the seat forward again!

Ok. I don't have any diagrams for the 380. Using a meter or test light, verify that power is getting to the switch and being routed to the motor(s) properly by the switch. Then make sure the motor(s) is/are receiving power. If so, replacement is needed.
