You don't test a computer. You rule out everything else first, then assume a computer is the cause of the problem when nothing else can be found. To test its operation, you have to follow the list of terminals in the service manual, and check for all of the 12 volt supplies, of which there could be up to four, test for voltage on the ground wires, of which there's usually four, then test to see if you're getting the correct voltages for the many inputs. If you have grounds, voltage supplies, and proper inputs, the computer should provide the proper outputs unless one of them has a short circuit.
There's a lot of things that can cause a fuel pump to not run. The Engine Computer is the last suspect on that list.
You didn't provide any information or details we can use to help solve this problem. What does "not getting fuel" mean? Do you have fuel pressure? Is the pump running for one second after you turn on the ignition switch? What exactly is the symptom? Does the engine not start and run? Does it stall at stop signs? Have you checked for spark when you have no fuel pressure?
