1989 Mazda B2200 Having Difficulty Truck Egr Hose Expanding Revved Engine Now

i am having difficulty with my truck. my egr hose was expanding when i revved engine and now it will only idle when started, i can't get gas to the engine when started, if i remove egr hose that was expanding it lets me rev the engine. any advice? thanks.

it sounds like your cat is clogged and needs to be replaced.
