Engine wont run, injectors dont seem to be firing.

1989 mazda 323 1.6 fuel injection, fuel injectors do not seem to be firing, new fuel pump with lots of pressure, good spark, 150 lbs compression, timing seems to be right on but engine does not fire, new plugs and wires. Any help please. Will.
