The reference I'm using, says it's on the left luggage compartment---lid hinge support
My Dad's '86 T-Bird has it on the right side, he used to slap the trunk, to make the pump work! When it got "terminal", we found it, and replaced it!
This is the only reference I have....I hope it's there, if not, please tell us, another "Roaming expert" may read it and use another source to aid you....sometimes they are good about that!
