Can I replace my 1989 jeep comanche 4.0 with a 1998 jeep cherokee 4.0 without issues. If ther are issues, how can I work around them.

Issues such as the engine mounts and computer connections interchanging with each other. Will everything just bolt back on and will computer wires plug back in. As stated in my question, replace a 1989 comanche 4.0 inline 6 with a 1998 Cherokee 4.0 inline 6 engine.
